Shipping policy

📦 We currently ship within the U.S. using USPS or UPS. Once your order is placed, please allow 3–5 business days for us to lovingly wrap, label, and send it on its way. During busy seasons or launches, it might take a little longer — we’ll always communicate delays.

Once shipped, most packages arrive within 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

If your order seems lost or is taking a suspiciously long time, don’t hesitate to reach out.

 

📬 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package leaves our hands and enters the wild world of USPS or UPS, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed deliveries. However, if your order goes MIA, let us know and we’ll help you file a claim or investigate.
